Community Outreach

We have organized outreaches many places in Orange County California since 2002.

We offer constant support to community members. All our volunteers and community outreach workers may work for cities, counties or school districts. They distribute informational material on services available to the residents, and they serve as liaisons between the residents and the agencies providing the social services.

Our community outreach workers and volunteers help their clients schedule appointments with program providers, and they may assist program employees in conducting follow-up services for clients. Our community outreach volunteers may also be responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with clients' families, and they may coordinate any transportation or childcare services necessary to allow clients to receive services. They also gather community data and assess program effectiveness and the need for increased or additional services and community resources.

Back to School Outreach

Every year before the school year begins, with the help of other agencies we hold a back to school outreach event that is open to homeless children and their families who live in motels and in the streets. At this event our goal is to ensure each child starts the school year with much needed supplies for Homeless Children.

Spring Health Fair

Each spring with the help of our community partners we come together to provide comprehensive information and linkage to a variety of health and human services. The fair is open to children of all ages, and their families, who are currently living in motels and on the streets. We also have health clinics on wheels coming in and they monitor the health condition of the children and assist them with their health needs.

Feeding the Homeless, Offer Showers, Health, Clothing, Jobs and Housing

Matthew 25:35,40

I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger, and you took me into your home. I needed clothes, and you gave me something to wear. I was sick, and you took care of me. Whatever you did for one of my brothers or sisters, no matter how unimportant they seemed, you did for me.

Veterans Housing

Our Agency works with CalVet, who is committed to providing affordable housing for all its California veterans. CalVet understands that not all individuals are at the same stage in their life and that we need programs to address all stages of life. We believe that every veteran and their family deserve the opportunity to have a roof over their head.

Below you will find a link to two programs that are veteran specific, one for home ownership and the other for multifamily rental housing.
