Pastor Stephanie Stieler has been running businesses since she was eighteen. In 1996 at age 35 she was Business Woman of the Year in South Africa. She has been a speaker at many conferences, specializing in inspiring people with dreams to become more successful. She has written several books and articles on success and franchising. She has a franchise law degree, Bachelor’s in Administration and PhD: in Psychology and a Theology degree, as well as being a registered Pastor.

In 1976, Jim became a publicity hound and started performing crazy world record stunts. James has appeared on local, national and international television and put a face on the humane side of world records by raising thousands of dollars for different charity organizations.

Carol Petty has been a paralegal for over 13 years. Prior to that Carol worked at several non-profits as secretary, while raising three sons. Carol has a love for animals that goes as far back as her rural roots as a child where she was raised in Colorado on her parent’s farm.

The position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the organization, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve the non-profit assets and report accurate financial results.
