Mission 
First Light International Foundation strengthens humanitarian outreach by training and connecting organizations, ministries, and neighbors. We combine practical education with hands-on service so people can meet real community needs, grow in skill, and move toward self-sufficiency and well-being.

Vision
To be a trusted partner in Douglas, Lane, and Coos Counties, Oregon—working with volunteers and local agencies to raise the quality of life for people in need and for the communities that surround them.

Strategy
We gather donations, grants, volunteers, and partners to deliver training, resources, education, and advocacy. We host community activities at our property and introduce groups to local projects and agencies. We serve the whole person—economic, emotional, and spiritual—so people gain skill, dignity, and a stronger sense of purpose.
